Request Data Deletion

You can use this page to request deletion of personal data that Pravira has collected about you through our website, mobile app, or customer enquiries. This page is provided to meet app store and privacy requirements and is described in our Privacy Policy.

What we delete

When your request is verified, we delete account profile information (name, email, phone number), app usage data tied to your account, and marketing preferences associated with your contact details.

What we may retain

We may keep information we are legally required to retain, such as completed order records, invoices, warranty claims, and tax-related documents. Anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you may also be retained.

How long it takes

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.
